Don't get me wrong, I love the cold winters of the Midwest, but when staying inside all day the kids get a little antsy and there are so many good places to visit in Minnesota.

Yes, living in Eden Prairie is the best, but bordom can strike in the little ones. The hubby too. Momma Bear has you covered there are so many places that I love to go. Here are the best three.
1) We love the Minnesota Children's Museum
This is so great for the kids, the little ones love it. They really loved the Danial Tiger's Neighborhood Exhibit when we went last. We have the Premier Family Membership and it is a really good price, like $189, for all the ammenities.
The website: https://mcm.org/
2) The kids love to play at Eagles Nest
The Eagles Nest is a fun play area for they even have a Preschool open gym that we bring Johnny to on Wednesdays. The Youth Membership is only $60 and the gym is open for kids a year to 12 years old.
The website: There is no website just for this but there is a section on the New Brighton website http://www.newbrightonmn.gov/departments/parks-and-recreation/new-brighton-community-center/eagles-nest-indoor-playground/
3) Fun times at the Parade Ice Garden
We love the Open Skate that is avalible at a very cheap price, we all have our own skates so we don't need to rent them. I hope to do a post on skates one day. This is a great winter activity because it stays in the winter realm. I love going ice skating with the family.
The website: Again there is not website, but the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation have it on the website https://www.minneapolisparks.org/parks__destinations/parks__lakes/parade_ice_garden/
I hope that you enjoy these three family activities.
XO Mamma Bear
